LUMiON Outdoor Lighting wants you to be happy with your purchase, that's why we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee allowing you to return or exchange new items within 30 days of purchase.

How to Return an Item:
Contact us at (206) 717-3636.  We reserve the right to first try and troubleshoot your system by asking you a series of questions.  These questions are to ensure that the problem doesn't persist or become an issues again in the future.  If we find that the product is defective you will be given a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) along with options for returning the item(s). Refunds and Warranty Exchanges are generally processed within (2) business day of receiving any returned or defective items.

Please have these tools available: (Pictures of the troubled fixture and or transformer installed also helps)

  3. Screw Driver

*If you do not have these tools it is okay!  We will just ask that you send photos of the installed product that is defective so we can help walk you through some troubleshooting scenarios.  

To return an item, just follow these easy steps:

  1. Fill out the information on contact us page, to request Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
  2. Place a copy of your packing slip in the box and write your RMA number on the package.
  3. Insure the package for your protection or use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation and return to:

    Refunds are issued via the method of original payment excluding wire transfers.

    Returns are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt in our building.

    Please allow 7 business days after we receive the returned package to see refund on your credit card statement.

    Should you return your item(s), you must also return any items given to you for free. Should you choose not to, your refund amount will be lessened by the value of the gift you chose to keep.

    30-DAY RETURN PERIOD FOR REFUND

    Thirty days from the date merchandise was received, refunds are available on our products.  If the item is installed, abused or damaged, the item is not returnable for refund unless deemed defective.

    Return and Refund Policy: 

    New products:  
    All items must be in new and unused (not installed) condition. Items must be returned in its original packaging with all contents with-in 30 days of receipt.  Item(s) must look in New and Unused condition so that we can resell the product to another customer without question or concern about the product/packaging integrity. The product must not have any noticeable debris or look as if it has been installed. Receipts are not necessary, we will look you up in our system to verify that you bought the item(s) in question. After we receive your return, we will refund you the cost of the item(s). Shipping to and from our warehouse is not refunded.

    Bulbs/ Lamps:  Bulbs and or Lamps will not be accepted for any return(s) or refund(s) with the exception of warranty exchanges.

    REPLACEMENT (DEFECTIVE OR RECEIVED WRONG PRODUCT)

    If the report of receiving a wrong item(s) or the defect is reported within 7 days, we will issue return label via email. We will send out the replacement as soon as we receive the returned package.

    If the report of receiving a wrong product(s) or the defect is reported after 7 days, we are not responsible for return shipping cost. The customer will be required to ship the item back at their expense.

    Our Warranty does not extended to any product that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer/user's part.

    Used products:  If the product has been used, it can only be returned if it falls under the manufacturers warranty or is deemed defective. All defective merchandise will follow the warranty policies of the manufacturer for that item.  If the product is deemed defective, LUMiON Outdoor Lighting will pay for the return shipping and the shipping of the replacement item(s). Call customer service to get an RMA # (Return Authorization Number). Send the product back to us. When we receive it, we will test it and verify that it is indeed defective. If it is determined the product is defective, we will send out a replacement with-in 48 hours of receiving the defective product back. To expedite getting you a replacement, you can purchase a new replacement item at your expense. We can send it out same day.  When we receive the defective product back and test it to make sure it is defective, we will credit you back.  For manufacturer warranty details, please see our warranty policy for the particular item.

    Responsibilities and Conditions: It is the responsibility of the customer to check for missing or broken products in an order. The customer has 7 days after receiving the order to check the contents for any damages, defects or errors and report these damages or immediately to LUMiON Outdoor Lighting. We will set up a replacement or exchange for you. Shipping costs of replacement/exchanged products will be covered by LUMiON Outdoor Lighting.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    If you are shipping any item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
